Abstract
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT及重组技术对肺动静脉瘘(PAVF)诊断的价值.方法:应用16层螺旋CT扫描机对7例肺动静脉瘘进行扫描,并获得各种后处理图像.结果:7例PAVF患者中,单发病灶4例,多发病灶2例,弥漫性分布1例.肿瘤样扩张的血管囊腔与其相连的供血动脉和引流静脉血管为PAVF的基本解剖结构.MSCT三维肺血管重组均能充分显示供血肺动脉、引流静脉的空间关系与解剖细节.结论:MSCT及重组技术对肺动静脉瘘的诊断具有重要价值,MSCT可作为诊断PAVF的首选影像检查方法.
