茶叶红外光谱的测量条件研究

Abstract
分析了不同测试条件对红外光谱的影响,并以最佳参数采集样品光谱数据,通过在操作过程中全程利用红外辐射减少和拒绝水分对光谱的影响;通过实验数据分析得到红外光谱测量茶叶和KBr的最佳质量比为k=1∶150,样品的颗粒大小为160目(孔径0.084 mm),此时的光谱重复性好;对红外光谱测量的规范化、标准化提出建议,这对红外研究具有一定的参考价值.
