Abstract
以烤烟为试材,研究了延边地区不同基因型叶片细胞内叶绿体嗜锇颗粒、淀粉粒、线粒体、类囊体的动态变化。结果表明,在烟叶发育过程中,3个烤烟品种叶片的超微结构变化规律基本一致,主要差异表现在叶绿体、淀粉粒与嗜锇颗粒上;在叶片发育前期,吉烟10号叶片细胞中叶绿体及淀粉粒明显多于其他2个品种;在叶片发育中期,9407和吉烟9号的烟叶淀粉颗粒积累较快,颗粒数目较多,但嗜锇颗粒较少,吉烟10号嗜锇颗粒较多;在叶片发育后期,9407和吉烟9号叶绿体降解迅速,吉烟10号叶绿体结构较完整,叶片衰老缓慢。
