Abstract
采用分离纯化的方法从堆肥中分离放线菌,并探讨该菌株在堆肥中的作用.用高氏一号培养基分离、纯化堆肥中的放线菌,对分离菌株的形态特征、菌落特征和生理生化特性进行分析,初步鉴定分离出来的菌株为链霉菌科、链霉菌属、白孢类群的白色链霉菌.
