Abstract
目的 观察导管持续心包引流并白介素-2心包腔内注射对恶性心包积液的疗效.方法 5例恶性肿瘤转移引起的恶性心包积液行中心静脉导管持续引流后,心包腔内注射白细胞介素-2 100～200 万U.结果 5例中,4例心包积液完全缓解,1例部分缓解;除1例失去随访,4例心包积液未再生长,最长达11个月.结论 治疗恶性心包积液安全、有效,副作用少.
