Abstract
研究了盆栽试验条件下重金属铬胁迫对芹菜叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶系统的影响。结果表明:低浓度的Cr3+可诱导叶绿素的合成和SOD、POD酶活性的提高,高浓度的Cr3+对叶绿素的合成起破坏作用,降低SOD、POD酶活性。在Cr3+离子浓度为20 mg.L-1时,叶绿素含量达到最高,SOD、POD活性在Cr3+离子浓度为40 mg.L-1达到峰值。MDA含量随着处理浓度的升高,呈升高趋势。
