LHQ-12负载型茂金属催化剂乙烯淤浆聚合

Abstract
以乙烯为原料,采用自制负载型茂金属催化剂(牌号为LHQ-12),在反应压力为1 MPa,反应温度为(83±2)℃,反应时间为2 h的条件下,采用淤浆聚合法制备了聚乙烯。结果表明,LHQ-12与进口催化剂相比,粒径分布相似,聚合活性较高。当最佳氢气质量分数为300×10-6,最佳1-己烯/乙烯(摩尔比)为0.008时,聚合活性可达到4 000 g/g。
