摘要
Objective To study the ralationship of inflammatory marks, anti-oxLDL antibody(oLAB) and malonaldehyde(MDA) in patients with essential hypertension(EH). Methods Using the method of ELISA and thiobarbituric acid colorimetric analysis, the levels of high sensitive creactive protein (hs-CRP), intercellular adhe-sion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), oLAB、MAD in plasma were measured in 46 patients of EH and 27 cases of normal controls, and the data were analyzed comparatively. Results The results showed that the levels of hs-CRP, I-CAM-1, oLAB、MDA were significantly higher than normal controls, Hs- CRP was in positive correlation with I- CAM- 1(r=0.4661, P0.01)、oLAB(r=0.7220, P0.01)and MDA(r=0.3492, P0.05)and MDA(r=0.6272, P0.001), There was a positive correlation between ICAM-1 and MDA(r=0.4249, P0.01). Conclusion Inflammation. LDL oxidatively modification and per-oxidative damage play important roles in EH.
