Abstract
目的 探讨持续性血液滤过(CVVH)对心脏手术后急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)的治疗作用.方法 回顾性分析12例心脏手术后AKI患者采用CVVH治疗的临床资料.结果 11例存活.1例死亡.存活患者心率及平均动脉压在CVVH过程中波动于正常范围,血肌酐、尿素氮、血钾水平在治疗后显著下降,肾功能均恢复正常.结论 CVVH是救治心脏手术后AKI患者的有效手段,此结果仍需扩大样本进一步研究.
