Research of Filter Rod Plasticizer Proportion and Control Domain

Gradient research of filter rod plasticizer and quality control domain research under normal production conditions are applied,the results show that set proportion of plasticizer and actually proportion is a linear relationship,plasticizers proportion and filter rod hardness is significantly positive correlation,and plasticizer proportion has a certain influence to the filter rod circumference and hardness standard deviation,but no significant effect on the filter rod pressure drop;Under normal production conditions,many unknown conditions can affect the correlation between plasticizer proportion and hardness dropped, and through a method of data grouping,the correlation can be determined and the quality control domain can be defined.
