竹木复合层积材的力学性能及耐老化性能

Abstract
以毛竹靠近竹青的最外层竹篾和桦木单板为原料生产3种不同密度的竹木复合层积材,对其基本力学性能及耐老化性能进行了研究。结果表明:在板材密度0.9~1.1 g/cm3的范围内,竹木复合层积材的抗弯强度>220 MPa,抗弯模量>20 GPa,顺纹抗压强度>150 MPa,顺纹抗拉强度>200 MPa,且板材力学性能随板材密度的增大而增大;在实验室加速老化处理后竹木复合层积材的抗弯模量、抗弯强度、顺纹抗压(抗拉)强度的保留率都很高,均在75%以上,表现出很强的抗老化能力。
