二十味肉豆蔻丸质量标准研究

Abstract
目的:建立藏药二十味肉豆蔻丸的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中肉豆蔻、红花、乳香、降香进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定肉豆蔻醚的含量,色谱柱为Comatex C18柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm ),流动相为甲醇-水(60:40),检测波长为276 nm,柱温35℃,体积流量为1.0 mL/min。结果肉豆蔻醚质量浓度在0.1044~1.044 g/L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好( r2=0.9992),平均回收率为101.46%,RSD为1.94%( n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于二十味肉豆蔻丸的质量控制。
