软质聚氯乙烯配方试验的统计分析研究

Abstract
本文用均匀设计方法安排了软质聚氯乙烯(PVC)低烟低卤阻燃配方体系试验,采用NBS烟箱、氧指数仪、万能材料试验机、锥形量热仪研究了体系的燃烧行为及力学性能.用相关分析法对试验数据进行了分析.结果表明,数据具有很强的非线性;用多元非线性回归模型进行分析,研究表明:DOP的加入对于体系阻燃性能和力学性能影响比较显著,CaCO3抑烟效果好,ZB、Fe2O3和Sb2O3能够有效改善体系的阻燃性能,DOP和ZB、CaCO3之间有可能存在协同作用,导致氧指数、烟密度、拉伸强度降低.
