摘要

A free boundary problem which arises from a physical model " Peel a thin film from a domain" is treated. The behavior of the peeling front is governed by the hyperbolic equation. As the first step, one dimensional case is discussed. By pasting the local solutions inductively, the solution can be extended. By using the same argument of the construction of solutions, a well-posedness of our problem is proved.
