Abstract
目的:探讨X线数字断层融合技术(Digital Tomosynthesis,DTS)在髌骨隐匿性骨折中的应用价值.方法:选择本院39例临床高度怀疑髌骨骨折而DR检查阴性的患者,经患者同意,分别行DTS检查及CT检查,比较二者的检查结果.结果:共有37例患者为隐匿性骨折,排除2例疑似病例;其中CT检出35例(94.6%),而DTS检出36例(97.3%,P>0.05).DTS的敏感性,阳性预测值、阴性预测值、图片优秀率均高于CT.结论:X线数字断层融合技术在对髌骨隐匿性骨折的诊断中具有着辐射剂量低、价格低廉、图像成像清晰,诊断准确率较高等优势,值得推广应用.
