Abstract
With datas provided by refinery,simulation of main equipments in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was carried out using Aspen Plus.Then,heat exchange net was optimized with Aspen Pinch,old heat exchangers were rated and new heat exchangers were designed with the aid of Aspen B-JAC.Finally,whole process simulation was implemented,which provided requiremnts for the reconstruction of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.
