Abstract
目的:筛选丹参多酚酸钠口腔崩解片的制剂处方和制备工艺。方法:以崩解时间、口感和外观为主要测定指标,采用直接压片法制备丹参多酚酸钠口腔崩解片,在筛选辅料的基础上进行正交优化处方设计,确定处方的组成。结果:崩解时间在30s左右,外观及口感均良好。结论:丹参多酚酸钠口腔崩解片处方符合要求,崩解时间能控制在30s左右,口感及外观良好,制备工艺简易,适合大批量生产。
