Abstract
目的 分析比较0.15%阿法根P(0.15%酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液)和阿法根(0.2%酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液)治疗开角型青光眼或高眼压症患者的应用临床效果.方法 随机分组,观察组32例患者(0.15%阿法根P,Bid)和对照组35例(阿法根,bid),随访1年.结果 0.15%阿法根P的降眼压疗效与阿法根相同,而0.15%阿法根P的安全性和耐受性优于阿法根.结论 0.15%阿法根P在临床中应用安全有效,优于阿法根.
