26种中草药对奶牛隐性乳房炎病原茵体外抗菌作用的研究

Abstract
研究26味中草药对隐性乳房炎分离得金黄色葡萄球茵和大肠杆菌的体外抗茵效果.杯碟法试验表明,黄连、黄芩、紫花地丁、板蓝根等对2种病原茵的综合抑茵效果较好,达到中敏或高敏,有的甚至是极敏,抑茵圈直径为19.00～24.93 mm.微量稀释法试验表明,黄连、黄芩、红花、金银花、板蓝根等对2种病原茵的综合效果好,MIC为0.004～0.063 g/mL,MBC为0.004～0.063 g/mL.本试验可为研究外用治疗奶牛乳房炎中草药制剂的开发提供科学依据.
