Abstract
介绍了由S7-400PLC实现的高炉布料控制系统,在系统模型无法确定的情况下PID参数很难整定,本文设计了模糊PID控制器,在MTLAB环境下离线计算出了查询表,并在Step7软件中利用查表法实现了程序的设计.结果表明这种方法切实可行,能在线调整PID参数,提高了生产效率.
