Study on method of clearing heat and removing dampness and promoting blood circulation purging turbid intervention in chronic renal failure progression

Objective: To investigate the intervention of clearing heat and removing dampness and removing promoting blood circulation purging turbid in chronic renal failure(CRF) progression.Methods: The 5/6 nephrectomy was performed on rats of model group.4 weeks after surgery,the serum biochemistry assay(SCr,BUN,P,Ca,Hb) and 24-hours' urinary albumin were detected to conirm the model was successfully maked.Rats who survived from surgery were randomly divided into model group,Niaoduqing group,and experimental prescription group and were given corresponding treatment respectively.4 weeks after treatment(8 weeks after surgery),the rats would be killed,and the serum biochemistry assay(SCr,BUN,Ca,P,Hb) and 24-hours' urinary albumin be detected.Results: The levels of SCr and BUN in experimental prescription group were obviously lower than these in model group and Niaoduqing group,and the diferences were statistically signiicant(P0.05).The level of 24-hours' urinary albumin in experimental prescription group was obviously lower than that in model group,and the diference was statistically signiicant(P0.05);and it was lower than in Niaoduqing group,but there was no statistically signiicant diference.Conclusion: The experiential prescription of method of clearing heat and removing dampness and promoting blood circulation purging turbid could efectively slow the progression of renal failure caused of 5/6 nephrectomy in CRF model rats,and reduce the level of SCr and BUN.The therapeutic efect was better than Niaoduqing particles.It could efectively decrease the secretion of urine protein of 5/6 nephrectomy in CRF model rats,but not sure the efect was better than Niaoduqing particles.
