Abstract
针对复杂中空塑料异型材挤出口模,以出口处型材截面上各子区域的流速相等为优化目标,以对流动均匀性有较大影响的压缩段间隙为设计变量;把有限元数值模拟和基于CAD/CAE/ERP建立的挤出口模数据库相结合.通过优化设计实例证明,优化后模具出口处塑料熔体各区域流速均匀性显著提高,很好地满足了客户的要求.
