Traffic Analysis with human detection sensors

The traffic analysis is useful for various situations, such as a detection of a suspicious individual, an energy control, and so on. In our approach for the traffic analysis, we estimate how many people have moved between two sensors in sensor network. Note that, in our study, the sensors in the sensor network can detect someone passing nearby, but cannot discriminate him or her. In this paper, we show how to estimate the traffic effectively if people move at different paces in the sensor network. Keyword Sensor Network, Traffic Analysis
