硝基苯染毒后鲤鱼Na+,K+-ATP、GSH-PX酶活性及MDA含量的恢复

Abstract
将试验鱼暴露在硝基苯质量浓度为100×0.017,50×0.017,25×0.017,12.5×0.017,6.25×0.017,0 mg/L的水体中,72 h后置于清水中,于1,2,3,4,5,9,14 d分别取样,测定其对硝基苯敏感的生化指标:鳃Na+,K+-ATP酶、肝谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和血清丙二醛.结果表明:硝基苯质量浓度低于12.5×0.017 mg/L时,鳃Na+、K+-ATP酶的活力基本保持不变,而达到25×0.017 mg/L时,鳃Na+、K+-ATP酶的活力开始较明显地降低;质量浓度超过12.5×0.017 mg/L时,GSH-PX活力一直表现为诱导作用;高浓度组(25×0.017,50×0.017,100×0.017 mg/L)与对照组相比MDA含量显著提高(P<0.05),至第4 d则与对照组没有明显变化.硝基苯染毒浓度越大,对鲤鱼影响越明显,染毒浓度越大,鲤鱼恢复正常所需的时间也就越长.
