Abstract
<正>患者,男,27岁,2008年因车祸伤致下腹部及左股部大面积皮肤缺损,左股骨骨折,双侧睾丸严重挫裂伤。在外院行清创加左股骨骨折复位内固定及双侧睾丸摘除术,术后创面油纱覆盖,无菌敷料包扎,定期换药。1周后创面感染,发生脓毒血症,患者精神恍惚,意识不清,时有烦躁。伤后10d转入我院。入院查体:患者意识不清,烦躁不安,肢端湿冷,左下肢活
