Clinical Observation on the Effects of Endoscopic Surgery for Rhinogenic Chronic Pharyngitis

Objective To study the effects of transnasal endoscopic surgery in 76 patients with rhinogenic chronic pharygitis.Methods From July 2003 to April 2004,76 cases with rhinogenic chronic pharygitis,who had not got better evidently with conservative treatment,were treated with endoscopic surgery,and followed up for 6 months.Results The total therapeutic effective rate was 80.26%.Conclusion The method of endoscopic surgical management to rhinogenic chronic pharygitis is a good and shortcut way,and it can be a choice in clinical practice.
