Curative Effectiveness of Licorzine Granules in Combination with Mizolastine in the Treatment of Eczema

Objective To observe the curative effectiveness of licorzine granules in combination with mizolastine in the treatment of eczema. Methods Sixty patients with eczema were randomly divided into treatment group(licorzine granules+mizolastine) and control group(mizolastine).The changes in blood routine and trace elements were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical curative effectiveness was compared between two groups after treatment. Results The clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 66.7% and 90.0% at 7th and 28th day after treatment respectively,significantly higher than in control group(33.3%,χ2=6.667,P0.01 and 53.3%,χ2=5.963,P0.05,respectively).After the treatment,the increased rate of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in treatment group was decreased from 60.0% to 13.3%,but there was no significant difference in the levels of trace elements before and after the treatment.Slowly reduce the dose of medicines could significantly decrease the relapse rate of eczema from 36.6% to 7.1%(P0.05). Conclusion The licorzine granules in combination with mizolastine can effectively treat eczema.Slowly reducing the dose of medicines can decrease the relapse rate of eczema.
