Apoptosis effects of murine dendritic cell on CT-26 solid tumor

Objective: To investigate the apoptosis effects induced with tumor antigen loaded dendritic cells(DCs) and provide evidences for biological therapy based on DC.Methods: The freeze-lysate solution of CT-26 tumor cells was loaded on DC that cultured from BALB/c murine bone marrow,and we detected the effect of apoptosis on solid tumor induced with DCs in vivo.Results: The outside cells of solid tumor could be induced apoptosis with antigen loaded DCs,while inside cells of solid tumor had little apoptosis.Conclusion: The effects of therapy on micro solid tumor with antigen loaded DC are potentially effective but not suitable for large solid tumor.
