Abstract
目的 建立康丽胶囊中总黄酮含量测定的方法.方法 采用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,于504 nm测定总黄酮质量分数,并研究聚酰胺吸附与洗脱总黄酮的行为.结果 芦丁质量浓度在6.891 ～34.456 μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好.平均加样回收率为102.4％,RSD值为1.9％.结论 该方法简便、准确、安全无毒害,可用于测定康丽胶囊中总黄酮的质量分数.
