Abstract

通过低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)工艺制备出禁带位于超宽带(UWB)范围的电磁波禁带(EBG)天线陶瓷基板,其电磁波禁带位于4.0~5.5 GHz。在基板上制备了片式天线,在微波暗室中对天线方向性进行测试。结果发现,与没有EBG结构的片式天线相比,其在H面主瓣方向上的增益提高了约4 dB,背瓣方向辐射强度平均降低了10 dB左右,证明EBG结构能够有效改善天线在空间辐射的方向性。
