Abstract
目的探讨中性粒细胞CD64检测对成人细菌感染的诊断价值。方法将115例患者分为细菌感染组和非细菌感染组,测定外周血白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(Neu%)和CD64阳性率。结果细菌感染组CD64阳性率(75.42%)高于非细菌感染组(39.67%,P<0.05);CD64阳性率为52.92%时,诊断细菌感染灵敏度为92%,特异度为82%。结论中性粒细胞CD64检测是诊断细菌感染的敏感指标。
