Abstract
以早红和超紫为试材,研究紫甘蓝结球初期上、中、下位叶片的色素含量及需光特性。结果表明,两个紫甘蓝品种的叶绿素含量均以上位叶最低,中、下位叶差异不明显;花青素含量则以上位叶最高,中位叶最低。不同叶位叶片的PLA活性和可溶性糖含量的差异水平与花青素含量相似。光合速率以中叶位最高,上位叶最低。不同叶位叶片的光合作用光饱和点为908~1 038μmol.m-2.s-1(早红)和853~1 058μmol.m-2.s-1(超紫),中位叶>上叶位>下位叶;光补偿点为63~140μmol.m-2.s-1(早红)和38~78μmol.m-2.s-1(超紫),上叶位>中位叶>下位叶。
