Abstract
Due to the point by point comparison method,numerical integral method,etc,there is a low processing precision of defects.This paper proposes a new interpolation algorithm—the minimum deviation method.This method can improve the machining precision of workpiece,make up the defects of the low accuracy.Moreover,this paper details the principle of minimum deviation method of interpolation and the interpolation formula.On the QuartusII development platform,this paper uses the hardware description language Verilog HDL to design the minimum deviation method of linear interpolation program and chooses FPGA device hardening to achieve the minimum deviation method of interpolation.The interpolation device combined with ARM processor to set into a high speed and high precision CNC system.
