Abstract
目的:研究CK7和CK20在胃肠道癌组织中表达状况及临床意义.方法:应用免疫组织化学EnVision法研究126例胃肠道癌及癌旁黏膜组织CK7和CK20的表达情况.结果:67例胃癌组织中CK7和CK20的表达分别为88.06%和73.13%,癌旁正常黏膜组织中CK7和CK20的表达分别为16.42%和13.43%(P＜0.05).59例大肠癌组织中CK7和CK20的表达分别为64.41%和96.61%,癌旁正常黏膜组织中CK7和CK20的表达分别为10.17%和15.25%(P＜0.05).低分化胃肠腺癌中CK7和CK20的表达明显强于高分化腺癌(P＜O.05).结论:胃肠道原发癌组织中可表达CK7和CK20,其强表达与胃肠癌的分化程度密切相关,CK7和CK20可作为胃肠道癌不良预后的一个标志物.
