Abstract
目的考察白屈菜药材的最佳醇提工艺。方法1.采用正交试验法优化白屈菜醇提工艺;2.白屈菜红碱的含量采用HPLC法测定。结果最佳工艺条件为:A3B2C1D3,即加6倍量95%乙醇(含0.50%的盐酸)提取1.5h。结论按优化工艺提取白屈菜药材能达到很好的效果。
