通过实行干部竞聘上岗的具体实践,农业院校得出干部竞聘上岗的创新经验,坚持党管干部原则是关键;严格规范程序是前提;广泛宣传是基础;积极参与是做好竞聘上岗工作的保证。做好干部竞聘上岗工作,要正确处理干部日常考核与竞聘上岗的关系;要正确处理后备干部与现职干部的关系;要正确处理竞聘岗位与竞聘资格的关系;要合理对待和使用落聘干部。
