179株结核分枝杆菌药敏试验结果分析

Abstract
目的:了解杭州地区肺结核病人的耐药情况.方法:采用比例法对191株痰培养阳性菌株进行4种一线抗结核药的敏感性试验和菌型鉴定.结果:179株结核分枝杆菌共检出耐药菌96株(53.63%),其中耐多药菌67株(37.43%),12株为非结核分枝杆菌.结论:杭州地区肺结核病人的耐药情况比较严重,应采取有效措施进行控制.
