Abstract
Two new alkaloids, namely 10β-(−)-antofine N-oxide 1 and 10α-(−)-antofine N-oxide 2, were isolated from the stem bark and the root bark of Vincetoxicum hirudinaria. Their structures were determined by means of spectroscopic methods and chemical correlation.
