Abstract
为探讨植物生长调节剂ABA和PP333对蕙兰低温胁迫下抗寒性指标的影响,以蕙兰名品‘大一品’为试验材料,采用不同浓度的ABA和PP333对‘大一品’幼苗叶片进行叶面喷施处理,于光照培养箱[昼温腋温=(5±0.5)℃/(0±0.5)℃]中进行低温处理,研究ABA和PP333对蕙兰抗寒性指标的影响.结果表明:ABA和PP333处理均降低了受低温胁迫的蕙兰叶片的相对电导率,提高了游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量和POD活性,对冷害具有缓解作用,所有处理中以15 mg/L和20 mg/L ABA处理效果最好.
