Abstract
先天性心脏病的患儿常合并有肺动脉高压,对于病程的变化和手术及药物治疗方案产生很大的影响.目前随着药物学的发展,临床上逐渐采用了诸如一氧化氮、磷酸二酯酶抑制剂、前列腺素类药物和内皮素拮抗剂等药物,配合先天性心脏病手术,通过单独给药和联合给药的方式,针对术前和术后的肺动脉高压进行治疗.已经取得了良好的效果.文章对这些药物各自的特点和应用进行综述.
