Application of case analysis method to improve the communication skills of junior nurses

Objective:Application of case analysis method to improve communication ability of low seniority nurses.Methods:Used case analysis method to training 40 low seniority nurses communication skills for three months about 24 classes,with self-designed communication evaluation scale compared before and after the training.Results:After training,we found that low seniority nurses’ enthusiasm and initiative,divergent and critical thinking ability,communication and health education ability,the ability of observation on patient’s illness,the ability of comprehensive analysis processing apostasies,ability of expression and confidence,all this aspects get a comprehensive improve.Conclusion:Application of case analysis method in low seniority nurses can stimulate the low qualification nurses’ study interest,still can improve the low seniority nurses’ ability of analysis and solve problems.Enhance low qualification nurses’ confidence,to realize the theoretical knowledge and practical ability,personal quality comprehensive improve.
