Abstract
为了提高姬松茸菌株的胞内多糖产量。采用硫酸二乙酯化学诱变方法对姬松茸菌株进行处理,筛选得到一株高产的姬松茸ABM48,其胞内多糖含量达到12%,比原始菌株提高36%。急性毒性和亚慢性毒性实验表明该突变株安全无毒,在食用和药用领域均具有广阔的应用前景。
