Genomic Expression Profiling in Oral Tongue Cancer: The Influence of Risk Factors

Background: There has been a reported increase in the incidence of tongue cancer, especially in a much younger population that have not been exposed to the traditional risk factors -- cigarette smoking and alcohol use. The aim of this study is to identify the genomic differences between the oral tongue cancers depending upon whether the patient had a history of smoking/drinking group or not.
