Abstract
以超临界蜂胶液、葡萄酒和蜂蜜为主要原料,研制出超临界蜂胶保健酒。通过多次试验确定产品的最佳配方:蜂胶液5%,葡萄酒80%,蜂蜜15%。生产出的超临界蜂胶葡萄酒口感醇厚,不但具有浓郁的果香,还有蜂胶特殊的香味,克服了一般保健酒的难以下咽的苦涩口感,更好满足现代人健康与品质的需求。
