Abstract
膀胱癌是泌尿系统最常见的一种恶性肿瘤,分为肌层浸润性膀胱癌和非肌层浸润性膀胱癌,两者的治疗、预后有明显的不同.如何在早期区分两者对膀胱癌的治疗有很大的帮助.目前,膀胱癌的诊断以及复发的检测主要是靠膀胱镜和尿细胞学检查,以及CT、MRI等,但膀胱镜为有创性检查且费用昂贵,而尿细胞学检查敏感度很低,所以寻找一种无创可靠的标记物能快速准确地区分浸润性与非浸润性膀胱对临床治疗显得尤为重要.
