济钢通过重新设计6#、7#焦炉负压蒸氨工艺流程,改造蒸氨塔,增加稳定的真空系统,选择不同的设备材质,改进加碱工艺,增加尾气回收利用装置等改造措施,实现了无蒸汽负压蒸氨,同时降低了煤气消耗,加碱负压蒸氨废水水质达到了常压蒸氨的要求,尾气实现了全部回收。
