摘要
1745 This study examined the effects of 8-week exercise training and dietary restriction on body composition, resting metabolic rate (RMR), and EPOC. 18 female college students were randomly assigned to three groups: a dietary restricted group (DG) (20.0± 2.4yr, 60.5± 6.9kg, 35.7± 4.3% body fat), a low intensity exercise group (LG)(18.7± 0.5yr, 59.7±4.8kg, 35.9± 3.5%), a high intensity group (HG) (19.3± 0.5yr, 59.8± 5.7kg, 33.8± 3.2%). For the two exercise groups, the caloric intake was maintained at rate of 2000 kcal/day and the energy expenditure was 300 kcal/session for 4 days, total-1200 kcal/week. For DG, the dietary intake was limited to 1800 kcal/day for 6 days. This gave an amount of negative energy balance that could be the same as the exercise groups. The LG and HG performed ergometer exercise at 50% of VO2max for 70 min and 80% of VO2max for 40 min, respectively. The results of two-way ANOVA and Bonferroni post-hoc test showed that body weight(BW) was decreased significantly in DG(57.4± 5.7kg, p
