本实验研究了太空搭载前后微生物的区系的变化.结果表明,搭载后大曲中放线菌的数量大幅度下降;酵母菌、醋酸菌和乳酸菌数量减少;曲霉属数量增加较多.这些变化对食醋的无盐固形物的形成十分有利,可以大幅度地提高酿造产品的质量.
