Development of progressive die for magnetic core hat of earphone

After analyzing the forming process of the magnetic core cap of an earphone,a feasible stamping technique was determined and a precision progressive die was developed.Inserts were arranged in the die to control the shaping process that guarantees the shape and dimensional accuracy of the components.
