Abstract
目的 探讨阿托伐他汀对高胆固醇血症中炎症因子的影响.方法 选择30例高胆固醇血症患者,随机分为阿托伐他汀治疗组(15例)、氟伐他汀治疗组(15例),用酶联免疫吸附法测定两组患者治疗前后1月血清白细胞介素18(IL-18)的水平.结果 两组患者经药物治疗后IL-18炎症因子的水平均下降,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 阿托伐他汀能显著降低高胆固醇血症血清IL-18水平,作用较氟伐他汀显著.
